• You may not resell or redistribute any services we offer under any circumstances, for profit or not.
• No web servers, mail servers or commercial use is allowed on a residential account.
• Be nice! Don't send out spam and if you get a virus that spams for you, get rid of it. We will work with you, but if the issue is not resolved we will have to discontinue your service.
• We do not like getting notifications about piracy, harassment or any sort of illegal activity! Don't do these things or we will have to discontinue your service.
• Speeds listed are on a best effort basis and are not guaranteed.

• Have a smartphone? Avoid the data overages mobile carriers charge by connecting your smartphone to your home network! This is just one way we help you save money.
• We professionaly install your modem. For the best experience leave the modem in its original location and ensure all connections are tight. Need your modem moved? Just give us a call.
• Wireless routers are a fantastic way of distributing your Internet service throughout your home. But please, ensure your router is secure!
• Rebooting your pc, modem, routers etc will fix most problems encountered.
